Key Functions

• Read and Clear Engine Error Codes: Turn off the "Check Engine" MIL light.
• Live Data / Freeze Frame: When emission-related faults occur, certain vehicle conditions are recorded to help locate the abnormal position and identify the cause during repair.
• I/M Readiness: Indicates whether emissions-related systems are operating properly and ready for Inspection and Maintenance testing.
• VIN Code Reading: Reads the VIN code from the car ECU (note: some car ECUs do not support this function).

Special Notes on Compatibility

Nissan Lafesta 2008—not supported.
If your car is Japanese from 2000–2005, please choose the Special Japanese Car scanner OM127.
If your car is Opel, Renault, Citroen, or Peugeot before 2004, please choose the special European Car scanner EU410.

Even though it is compatible with most cars, different regions adopted the OBD2 protocol at different times, and some vehicles have special designs. Therefore, it may not be compatible with certain cars that do not fully support the OBD2 protocol—especially Japanese and Korean brands.
