The Autel Maxisys Elite II is the latest version in the Maxisys Elite series, succeeding the original Autel Maxisys Elite. It features upgraded hardware and software—sharing the same platform as the MS909—and adds expanded functionality, including ECU replacement and reprogramming for BMW and Mercedes-BENZ vehicles, ADAS calibration, oscilloscope support, GPS, and integration with the MaxiFix cloud service.

1. Full System Diagnosis & Complete OBDII Functions
With optional OEM software, the Maxisys Elite II functions as a Pass-Thru diagnostic tool, enabling users to read and clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), log PIDs, collect sensor data, and record generic OBDII information.
Like other Autel scanners, it supports all standard OBDII test modes, including powertrain diagnostics, freeze frame data, emission-related DTCs, oxygen sensor monitoring results, onboard system tests, VIN retrieval, and more.

The Maxisys Elite II includes over 36 advanced maintenance and reset functions—such as ABS brake bleeding (including VAG models), SRS reset, SAS calibration, oil reset, EPB, BMS, injector coding, DPF regeneration, and throttle body adaptation—to address a wide range of repair needs. Online ECU programming is also supported.

Autel Maxisys Elite II: Special Service Functions
1. Oil Reset Service
Resets the Engine Oil Life system, which calculates optimal oil change intervals based on driving conditions and climate. Must be reset after every oil change so the system can accurately determine the next service interval.
2. Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS) Service
Retrieves tire sensor IDs from the vehicle’s ECU and supports TPMS programming and reset procedures after sensor replacement.
3. Electric Parking Brake (EPB) Service
Enables deactivation and activation of the brake control system, assists with brake fluid management, opens and closes brake pads, and resets brakes after disc or pad replacement.
4. ABS/SRS Services
Performs bi-directional tests to evaluate the Anti-lock Braking System and Supplemental Restraint System, including automated bleeding, pump motor testing, and module information checks.
5. Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) Service
Calibrates the Steering Angle Sensor by storing the current steering wheel position as the straight-ahead reference in the sensor’s EEPROM. Upon successful calibration, the fault memory is automatically cleared.
6. Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Service
Executes DPF regeneration—the cleaning process that burns off accumulated particulate matter. After a successful regeneration cycle, the DPF warning light turns off automatically.
